Yes, a 15% buyer's premium is applied to all winning bids. This is standard in the auction industry and is clearly displayed before you place any bid. There are no other hidden fees.
Enter your maximum bid amount and our system automatically bids on your behalf up to that amount in the set bid increments. You'll receive email notifications if you're outbid so you can decide whether to bid again.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Invoices are sent automatically to winning bidders and payment is due within 48 hours of auction close.
Pickup is available at our Jacksonville, FL location. Specific pickup dates and times are listed on each auction page. Items must be picked up within 5 business days of payment.
Yes! Preview dates are listed on each auction page. We encourage all bidders to inspect items in person when possible. Every listing also includes detailed photos and a condition report.
You may arrange for a third party to pick up on your behalf with written authorization. Shipping can also be arranged at the buyer's expense for select items — contact us for a quote.
Yes, all auction sales are final. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. This is why we provide detailed photos, descriptions, and preview opportunities for every item.
Every item is sourced from verified business closures, upgrades, and overstock. We photograph and inspect each item before listing. Our condition reports are honest and accurate — our reputation depends on it.
Absolutely! If you have commercial equipment, furniture, vehicles, or other business assets to liquidate, contact us. We handle the entire process — cataloging, photography, listing, and buyer management.
