Terms & Conditions

By registering and bidding on KDB Auctions, you agree to the following terms:

Bidding

All bids are binding contracts. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at that price plus the buyer’s premium if you are the winning bidder.

Buyer’s Premium

A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot.

Payment

Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

Pickup

All items must be picked up within 5 business days of payment. Items not picked up may be considered abandoned.

As-Is Condition

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items during preview periods.

Disputes

All disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Florida, Duval County.
